STAMPING TECHNOLOGY

Stamping and moulding of metals is carried out on eccentrical presses powered by a force of 25-315 t. Presses are serviced with feeding lines where the unwinding and straightening occurs. The width of the belt processed is up to 300 mm, whereby for the press 315 t it is up to 800 mm.

The material partitioning from the rolls could be carried out on the unwinding and straightening lines
Sheet metal partitioning on the table plate sheers up to 4mm thick
Using the vibration machine with subsequent drying in the vibration drier, the stamped out products are ground off.
The electrical resistance spot welding is done on the welding presses.
Maintenance - repairs of the pressing tools and dies, grinders, lathes, milling cutters, drilling machines, manual hydraulic presses
Subsequent surface conditioning by cataphoretic painting, powder painting and zinc galvanizing is done in cooperation with the LAKUM-KTL, a.s.
Additional surface treatment on stamped parts is secured via cooperative effort (Cr, Ni, Sn)
