LAKUM Group

LAKUM Group is common title of companies with title LAKUM (LAKUM-KTL, a.s., LAKUM-AP, a.s., LAKUM-GALMA, a.s. .

Historically first company of the LAKUM Group - LAKUM- KTL, a.s. - was established in 1998 with the aim to offer surface treatments in high standard mainly for automotive industry. In the year 2000 was - in consequence of repurchase of premises of company, which in former times deal with metallproduction - extended business of LAKUM- KTL, Inc . to metallproduction. By this way LAKUM KTL, Inc . continued with old tradition in metal sheets processing and its surface treatment in region Frýdlant nad Ostravicí.

In 2004 division for stamping of metal part was exempted to the another company - LAKUM- AP, Inc .

LAKUM-GALMA, a.s. was established in 1997 in Humpolec with name Jan Maršík Lenservis. In 2003 was new factory builded. This factory included new zinc plating and e-coating technologies. Galma comp. Was bought by LAKUM-KTL, a.s. in 2008 and in 2009 was renamed to LAKUM-GALMA, a.s. Main goal of LAKUM-GALMA is to provide zinc plating and e-coating (cataphoreting painting) service.

At present manages LAKUM Group by four kinds of surface treatments - cataphoresis painting , galvanic zinc plating, powder paintig line and enameling. Lakum Group has also equipment for CNC metal sheets processing and wide range of mechanical presses. Together with possibilities of mechanical assembly as riveting, welding, threaded joint and with subtle system for packaging it can offer to its partners connected production and supply of subassembled parts with minimum logistic costs and with transparent quality responsibility.

LAKUM Group manages extensive premises adapted for metallproduction, surface treatment and assembly.

Each divisions of LAKUM-Group has certified management system quality according to CSN EN ISO 9001: 2001 ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2004.

During the lifetime of LAKUM Group it started co-operation with wide range of customers mainly from car industry.
